Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Don Logistics Inc's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services

Don Logistics Inc provides freight transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Full truckload (FTL) transportation
  • Temperature-controlled shipping
  • Flatbed transportation
  • Expedited delivery services
  • Shipment tracking and visibility

Shipping Terms

Rates and Quotes

All quotes are subject to verification of shipment details and may be adjusted based on actual weight, dimensions, or other factors discovered at pickup.

Pickup and Delivery

While we strive to meet all scheduled pickup and delivery times, they are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically contracted as expedited or time-definite service.

Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery date or expected delivery date. All claims are subject to investigation and verification.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as follows:

  • Standard liability: $0.50 per pound per article
  • Released value: As declared on bill of lading
  • Full value: Available with additional coverage

Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of:

  • Hazardous materials not properly documented
  • Illegal goods or contraband
  • Improperly packaged items
  • Items requiring special permits we do not possess

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing. Past due accounts may be subject to service holds and collection fees.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Don Logistics Inc and its employees from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
